We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Organizational Security Manager to lead the company’s physical security, security awareness initiatives, and security-related projects. This role requires strong ownership, cross-functional leadership, operational execution, and a technology-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the company’s physical security operations, including access controls, security systems, monitoring, procedures, and ongoing operational activities.
• Lead and oversee the company’s security operations/monitoring team, ensuring operational readiness and effective incident handling.
• Drive and implement information security awareness programs, including employee training, awareness initiatives, and security culture adoption across the organization.
• Lead cross-functional security and information security projects, partnering with internal stakeholders to improve controls, processes, and organizational resilience.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience leading or managing projects in information security, corporate security, physical security, or similar domains.
• Strong technology orientation, preferably with cybersecurity knowledge or experience.
• High level of independence, ownership, matrix leadership, and hands-on execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
