For our site in Rosh Ha'Ayin, we are seeking an Aeromechanical Engineer to join Fuse. At Fuse, we develop intelligent robotic systems and multi-domain platforms that redefine how forces operate, sense, decide, and act.
About the Role
In this role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary development team that designs and delivers complex systems from concept through production, supporting next-generation surveillance, strike, and mission-support capabilities.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and support aeromechanical systems from concept through production.
• Own assemblies end-to-end, including cross-disciplinary integration.
• Work within structured development processes (e.g., Stage-Gate, V-Model), including writing engineering documentation (SRD, PDR, CDR).
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Select, manage, and oversee suppliers, with a strong understanding of external manufacturing processes (CNC machining, additive manufacturing, composites, etc.).
• Plan and execute verification & validation (V&V) activities, including test design, execution, and analysis.
• Work with configuration control systems (PDM/PLM) and manage engineering changes (ECO/ECN).
• Support production and resolve engineering issues on the manufacturing floor.
• Perform engineering analyses and design calculations.
Qualifications
• At least 4 years of experience in mechanical/aeromechanical development.
• High-level proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Proven experience taking products from development through production.
