Responsibilities:

• Providing professional and operational support to clients and key contacts in leading companies across the Israeli market.

• Managing and nurturing client accounts, while building long-term relationships.

• Identifying client needs and supporting the development of new business opportunities.

• Offering tailored solutions by combining financial products and services.

• Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders within the organization.

Full-time position, 9 hours per day (availability for overtime when required).

Qualifications:

•Academic degree – required (a finance-related degree is an advantage).

•At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role within a corporate environment – Mandatory

• Very good English – spoken and written.

• Background in banking or financial institutions – a strong advantage.

• Good command of Office applications, especially Excel.

Personal skills:

• High service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English.

• High work ethic, independence, and ability to work well in a team.

• Strong motivation to enter the financial & fintech world and grow in a dynamic, professional environment.
