We're looking for exceptional applied AI resercher who want their work to matter in the real world
What you’ll do:
• Collect, clean, and leverage in-field robot data to continuously improve model performance
• Adapt and fine-tune foundation models (VLMs, VLAs, WM) for embodied robotics tasks
• Work on challenging problem coming from in field deployment
• Own the full model lifecycle — from first experiment to production deployment
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with robotics and SW engineers to ship reliable, field-ready models
What you bring:
• Strong background in computer vision or deep learning (MSc/ PhD)
• Deep understanding of model architecture, representation learning, and robustness under real-world conditions.
• Hands-on experience with at list one of the following: RL ,VLM, VLA, foundation model
• A track record of bridging research and production — with a focus on pragmatic, working systems.
• Curiosity, urgency, and the drive to build systems that operate reliably in the wild.
Bonus if you have:
• Experience in robotic perception for manipulation, navigation, or deployment on real-time or edge systems.
