A Quality Manager for propulsion systems at our Modiin site, within the Aerospace division.
If you bring deep technical understanding of propulsion systems, a passion for precision-driven processes, and the ability to lead continuous improvement – come be part of a team that drives quality assurance for complex propulsion systems with a direct impact on mission-critical defense products.
In this role you will
Take full ownership of quality activities in the propulsion domain, interfacing with customers, suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, and procurement
Lead the implementation of quality assurance processes throughout the product lifecycle – from development through customer delivery
Drive risk management across programs and production lines according to work plans
Lead failure investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
Support development processes and engineering reviews with domestic and international design subcontractors, including quality audits, improvement plans, and performance monitoring
Support production line establishment and supplier quality control processes
Lead quality discussions with customers and certification bodies, prepare reports, and analyze quality metrics
Provide professional responses to complex quality issues with deep technical understanding of propulsion systems and mechanical assemblies
Requirements
B.Sc. in Engineering (preference for Quality, Mechanical, or Aeronautical Engineering)
CQE certification - advantage
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality within the technological, aerospace, or defense industry, including development projects
In-depth technical knowledge of propulsion systems, engines, mechanical assemblies, or complex systems - advantage
Proficiency in ISO9001, AS9100 quality standards and experience in CAPA, FAI, FMEA, and quality audits
High-level English, written and spoken
Willingness to travel abroad frequently for supplier support, audits, quality investigations, and customer meetings
Ability to lead cross-organizational processes, read engineering drawings and technical specifications, and demonstrate a systemic perspective
