An industry-leading technology company is seeking an experienced Control Systems Technical Lead to take a key role in the development and delivery of advanced robotic parking and automated logistics systems.

This is a highly technical leadership position for a seasoned Control Engineer who wants to remain hands-on with system architecture, PLC programming, motion control, and multidisciplinary system integration, while providing professional leadership and mentorship to a team of 7–8 Control Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Control Engineers.

• Lead the control system architecture and motion control design of complex multidisciplinary systems.

• Develop, review, and optimize PLC code, control logic, and motion applications.

• Serve as the company's highest technical authority in control engineering.

• Lead system integration, commissioning, validation, and testing activities in both laboratory and field environments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and PLC programming.
