הובלת משימות ופרויקטים מקצה לקצה ועבודה שוטפת מול צוותי פיתוח, בדיקות, הטמעה והדרכה
כתיבת מסמכי בדיקות וביצוע בדיקות קבלה (UAT)
דרישות חובה
תואר ראשון במערכות מידע / הנדסת תעשייה וניהול או תחום דומה
ניסיון של 3 שנים לפחות בניתוח ואפיון מערכות CRM
ניסיון בכתיבת אפיונים פונקציונליים וטכניים
ידע וניסיון מעשי ביישום Salesforce
