Original listing · kept for reference

A fast-growing company is looking for a Go-To-Market Engineer to design, build, and automate an AI-native go-to-market engine from day one. This is a highly hands-on role at an early-stage startup, sitting at the intersection of revenue operations, sales, growth, and applied AI. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply technical and highly creative - excited to build systems from scratch, connect modern AI tools with core sales workflows, and continuously experiment with better, faster, and smarter ways to drive growth. You will shape how the company’s go-to-market motion operates under the hood - from lead generation and enrichment, to outreach, follow-ups, CRM workflows, and customer engagement - with AI at the center. Key Responsibilities • Design and build an AI-native go-to-market infrastructure across sales, marketing, and customer engagement • Own and automate end-to-end GTM workflows, including lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, routing, outreach, follow-ups, and handoffs • Connect and orchestrate tools across the stack, including CRM systems (HubSpot), data and enrichment tools (example: Clay), and AI-native tools • Build AI-driven automations for sales processes, customer engagement, and internal workflows • Partner closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to continuously improve GTM effectiveness and velocity • Experiment with new tools, models, and workflows to unlock growth opportunities and operational leverage • Maintain, evolve, and optimize GTM systems as the company grows and requirements change Who You Are • AI-native by default - you naturally think in terms of automation, agents, workflows, and systems • Creative problem solver who enjoys building from zero and iterating quickly • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and defining structure where none exists • Highly hands-on, with strong ownership and bias toward execution • Able to think both strategically (how should GTM work?) and tactically (how do I build this today?) • Strong communicator who can work across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Thrive in fast-paced startup environments where speed and learning matter

Requirements: • 3-6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, growth engineering, or a similar role • Proven experience building and automating GTM or revenue workflows • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot strongly preferred) • Experience working with modern data, automation, and AI tools (Clay, Make/Zapier, AI agents, LLM-based tools) • Strong technical aptitude - comfortable integrating tools, building workflows, and experimenting with new technologies • Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or AI-driven products is a strong plus
