Responsibilities • Develop and apply advanced algorithms to the exciting and rapidly evolving domain of AI based Automations Agents. • Design and own the systems that enable fast experimentation with LLMs, agents, and automation workflows. • Investigate, implement and share new AI technologies and ideas.
Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in software engineering (Python, Node.js, Go, or similar). • 2+ years of experience of software development, with a focus on algorithms design and validation. • Hands-on experience building or integrating AI tools, APIs, or agents. • Familiarity with LLM-based patterns such as RAG, Agentic-workflows, production level prompt-engineering. • Great communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills. • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure Advantages • Prior background in health insurance tech / medical coding/billing. • Degree in computer science or equivalent.
