Established in 2022, Guardz rapidly emerged as a noteworthy player in the cybersecurity sphere, securing $85M in funding and rallying a dedicated team of 120 industry professionals. Our vision is to foster a safer digital landscape for small and medium businesses across the globe. To this end, we introduced our comprehensive all-in-one platform, and continue to grow and expand our team, our partnerships and our revenue.

We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Office Operations Manager to join our Tel Aviv office and own the day-to-day employee experience. This role is at the heart of our office - ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a thoughtful, people-first approach.

If you love creating great environments, solving problems, and making things happen behind the scenes - this one's for you.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the office runs seamlessly - from facilities management to supplies, maintenance, and overall functionality.

• Maintain a welcoming, well-designed, and engaging office environment where people love to work.

• Coordinate end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including workspace setup, access, and equipment readiness.

• Own inventory, procurement, setup, and tracking of employee equipment (laptops, accessories, etc.) in close collaboration with IT.

• Lead happy hours, team events, celebrations, and initiatives that strengthen culture and connection.

• Work with external vendors (cleaning, catering, maintenance, etc.), negotiate terms, and ensure high service levels.

• Partner with HR, Finance, and other teams to support office-related processes and initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in office management, operations, or a similar role.

• Highly organized with strong attention to details.

• Proactive and hands-on mindset - you see something, you fix it.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with vendor management and budget tracking is a plus.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable managing tools, systems, and equipment.
