We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Energy Manager to lead all utility and energy systems at the site.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing site utilities: steam boilers, refrigeration & ammonia systems, RO, compressed air, nitrogen, natural gas, piping and more.
• Working with regulatory authorities in the fields of energy and infrastructure.
• Managing the site’s infrastructure maintenance team.
• Matrix management of contractor teams (piping & electrical).
• Leading cross‑site energy‑efficiency and cost‑reduction initiatives, including multi‑year planning.
• Close collaboration with maintenance, operations and logistics teams.
• Mid‑level management role (third tier on site).
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree – mandatory.
• Background and knowledge in ammonia systems and industrial utilities.
• At least 3 years of experience in a heavy process‑industry plant.
• Experience managing direct and indirect teams (up to ~20 employees).
• Strong process‑leadership skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with operational excellence / Lean methodologies.
• Availability for occasional Friday work and non‑standard hours.
