IT & System Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and service-oriented IT & System Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our internal IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and end-user support, ensuring seamless operations for our global team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support & Infrastructure: Provide end-to-end technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.) for both on-site and remote employees.

• Cloud & On-Prem Management: Administer internal IT systems and user accounts across office infrastructure and company cloud environments.

• OS & Directory Services: Manage Windows, Linux, and Mac environments, including user permissions and identity management via Active Directory / LDAP.

• Endpoint Management: Oversee mobile devices, tablets, and workstations using MDM and RMM tools.

• Enterprise Systems: Support and maintain core organizational software, including ERP systems.

• Networking & Security: Maintain company routers, switches, and network equipment while enforcing security policies and access control.

• Data & BI: Work with databases using MySQL queries and support BI tools for report generation and data management.

• Procurement & Vendor Management: Manage hardware/software inventory, handle vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and onboard new technology suppliers.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 3+ years of experience as an IT / System Specialist in a mid-sized or global organization – Must.

• Operating Systems: Advanced proficiency in Windows and Linux – Must.

• Language: High-level English (both written and spoken) – Must.

• Networking & Security: Proven experience with routers, switches, and firewall configurations – Significant Advantage.

• Cloud Environments: Experience with AWS and Google Cloud / Google Workspace – Significant Advantage.

• Data Skills: Experience writing SQL queries (specifically MySQL) – Advantage.

• Procurement: Background in inventory management, tech procurement, and vendor negotiation – Advantage.

• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently in a multi-tasking environment.

• מערכות הפעלה וספריות: שליטה בסביבות Windows, Linux, Mac וניהול הרשאות ומשתמשים ב-Active Directory / LDAP.

• מערכות ליבה וציוד קצה: ניהול טלפונים חכמים, טאבלטים ומכשירי קצה באמצעות מערכות MDM/RMM.

• מערכות ארגוניות: ניהול ותמיכה במערכות ה-IT המרכזיות של החברה (כגון מערכות ERP).

• תקשורת ואבטחת מידע: ניהול ותחזוקה של ציוד התקשורת ונתבי החברה, תוך הקפדה על מדיניות אבטחת המידע וניהול הרשאות (Access Control).

• דאטה ו-BI: עבודה מול בסיסי נתונים באמצעות שאילתות MySQL ונגיעה בעולמות ה-BI לטובת הפקת דוחות וניהול מידע.

• רכש וספקים: ניהול מלא של מלאי הציוד, עבודה שוטפת מול ספקי חומרה/תוכנה, בחירת ספקים חדשים וניהול משא ומתן טכנולוגי.

מה אנחנו מחפשים? (דרישות התפקיד):

• לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון כאיש/ת IT / System בארגון בינוני או גלובלי – חובה.

• שליטה מצוינת במערכות הפעלה Windows ו-Linux – חובה.

• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה (כתיבה ודיבור) – חובה.

• ניסיון מוכח בעבודה עם רשתות ואבטחת מידע (נתבים, מתגים והגדרות חומת אש) – יתרון משמעותי.

• ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות ענן (AWS ו-Google Cloud/Workspace) – יתרון משמעותי.

• ניסיון בכתיבת שאילתות SQL (במיוחד MySQL) – יתרון.

• ניסיון בעבודה מול ספקים, ניהול מלאי ורכש טכנולוגי – יתרון.

• תודעת שירות גבוהה מאוד, יחסי אנוש מעולים, יכולת עבודה עצמאית ומול ממשקים מרובים.
