על התפקיד:
• ניתוח ובקרה (Audit) של פעילות CPM בעולמות הטכניים - זיהוי ממצאים ופערי ידע
• ניתוח נתוני שירות לזיהוי בעיות חוזרות ומגמות - הפקת תובנות לשיפור תהליכים וצמצום תקלות חוזרות
• בניית תכניות הדרכה ומערכי שיעור על בסיס הממצאים
• העברת הדרכות מקצועיות לצוותים בצורה ברורה ומעשית
• תיעוד שיטות עבודה מסודרות (SOP / Work Instructions) בשיתוף עם הצוות הטכני
• איתור כלים ופתרונות שיכולים לשפר את עבודת הצוותים
• מעקב אחר יישום ההדרכות ומדידת השפעתן
דרישות התפקיד:
• רקע טכני - היכרות עם עולמות שירות, תמיכה טכנית או תחזוקה
• ניסיון מוכח בהדרכה - יכולת לפשט מידע מורכב ולהעביר אותו בצורה ברורה
• יכולת עמידה מול קהל - ביטחון, שטף ויכולת תקשורת בין-אישית גבוהה
• יכולת כתיבה ותיעוד - ניסיון בהכנת חומרי הדרכה, מדריכים ונהלים
• נכונות ללמוד ולהעמיק בתחומים טכניים חדשים
יתרון משמעותי:
רקע כטכנאי שירות / מהנדס שירות בתחומי האלקטרוניקה או הציוד הטכני
ניסיון בהדרכה טכנית בארגוני שירות
ניסיון בניהול ידע ארגוני (Knowledge Management)
