• Performing assembly inspection, integration, and electronic testing for electronic boxes – modules, power supplies, drawers, and racks
• Source inspection for electronic board production in accordance with IPC610 standard and customer requirements
• Source inspection of electromechanical components
• In-process inspections as required
• Accompanying and monitoring FAI process at the subcontractor
• Performing the required documentation activities across the various processes according to the appropriate standard or company procedure.
• Performing the work at DSIT plant (Givat Shmuel) or at subcontractors across the country
Job Requirements:
• Certification and Standards Familiarity: Inspections will be performed according to the following standards: Execution standard – IPC610 Class 3, Execution standard – IPC620 Class 3, Standard – Repair & Rework IPC-7711 / 7721
• Experience: 3 years of experience and above as a Quality Inspector in electronics manufacturing
• Preference for experience from the defense industry
• Additional Capabilities: Experience working with Priority system, reading drawings, and engineering instructions
• Experience in writing inspection reports and failure investigation
• Experience in writing FAI reports
• Scanning material and filing documentation
• Working with Office software
