Original listing · kept for referenceWe are seeking a Business Development Manager for the Radar Division at our Holon site, to lead the promotion of our radar solutions and RF components portfolio, driving business growth with customers in Israel and abroad
Key Responsibilities
Drive and market the Radar Division’s portfolio, including development of targeted narratives and marketing messages for various clients and markets
Develop and execute marketing strategies and establish strong MarCom infrastructure to enhance brand visibility and campaign effectiveness
Identify and lead new business opportunities, penetrate emerging markets, and support long-term growth initiatives
Manage client relations throughout the sales process (presale, post-sale, and account management), including leading negotiations through deal closure
Prepare and deliver marketing presentations in both Hebrew and English to customer management and partners, including hosting international delegations and capability demonstrations
Respond to tenders and prepare quotations for local and international clients in cooperation with development, project, and procurement teams
Work closely with the Directorate of Defense Research and Development (DDR&D/Mafat) and the Ministry of Defense to support business and marketing initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, Economics, or Business Administration
Master’s degree in Business Administration – an advantage
At least 3 years of experience in business development/marketing and B2B/B2G sales in the radar/RF systems sectors, in Israel and internationally
Experience managing client relations (presale, post-sale, account management) and leading negotiations through deal closure
Knowledge and understanding of RF systems; background in radar or electronic warfare – an advantage
High-level English proficiency, including excellent verbal and written communication skills; additional languages – an advantage
Willingness to travel abroad
