התפקיד כולל ניטור מערכות ותשתיות, זיהוי תקלות בזמן אמת, טיפול ראשוני באירועים טכנולוגיים ועבודה מול צוותים מקצועיים לצורך שמירה על זמינות ותקינות המערכות.
תחומי אחריות
• ניטור ובקרה שוטפת של מערכות IT ותשתיות תקשורת.
• זיהוי, תיעוד וטיפול ראשוני בתקלות בזמן אמת.
• מעקב אחר זמינות המערכות והשירותים הארגוניים.
• עבודה מול צוותי תשתיות, תקשורת וסיסטם.
• פתיחת קריאות, תיעוד אירועים והעברת מידע לגורמים הרלוונטיים.
• הפקת דוחות ומעקב אחר סטטוס תקלות ותהליכים.
• עבודה בסביבה טכנולוגית מתקדמת ובמרכז בקרה פעיל.
דרישות
• סטודנט/ית פעיל/ה – חובה.
• סטודנט/ית בשנה א' או ב' בלבד – חובה.
• יתרת לימודים של שנתיים לפחות – חובה.
• לימודים באחד מהתחומים הבאים:
• מדעי המחשב
• מערכות מידע
• הנדסת תוכנה
• הנדסת תעשייה וניהול
• מנהל עסקים בהתמחות מערכות מידע
• הנדסאי/ת בתחום טכנולוגי רלוונטי
• אוריינטציה טכנולוגית גבוהה ויכולת למידה מהירה.
• יכולת עבודה בסביבה דינמית ותחת לחץ.
• אחריות אישית, סדר וארגון.
• יכולת עבודה בצוות ויחסי אנוש מצוינים.
יתרון משמעותי
