Senior Platform Software Project Manager

Mobileye is seeking a driven and dynamic Software Execution Manager to join the AV Platform Deployment team and help shape the future of Autonomous Driving systems. This role involves managing the execution of Mobileye commitments, leading technical discussions, and ensuring timely software delivery.

What will your job look like?

• Lead external and internal technical discussions to determine and integrate delivered features.

• Manage execution of Mobileye commitments to automotive partners, including determining Platform SW (base SW) delivery content and timeline.

• Define product roadmap and release planning, track execution, and remove blockers.

• Collaborate with R&D, System teams, external suppliers and customers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

• Identify and close gaps in execution efforts across all projects.

All you need is:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.

• 5+ years in a Product/Project Management role.

• Proven experience with Embedded systems

• Proven ability to build roadmaps and execute complex projects.

• Strong analytical skills and business thinking.

• Experience in system design, architecture, and software development for embedded systems.

• Experience in the Automotive industry is an advantage.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage with senior leadership.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

• Willingness to travel as needed.
