accessiBe is the market leader in web accessibility, helping make the web accessible to people with disabilities. More than a workplace, accessiBe is a mission-driven company built on excellence, sincerity, and real impact.
We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing R&D team. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, where you’ll influence architecture, development practices, and long-term system health while continuously learning and adapting as we grow.
What You'll Be Doing
• End-to-end ownership (from design to deployment) of new components, prototypes, services, and new features.
• Providing tech architecture designs backed by diagrams and documents.
• Smashing bugs and preserving the systems alive.
• Conducting code and design reviews for other teammates.
• Take part in building the R&D department’s processes and workflow from scratch
• Share your expertise among the team and become a mentor for new teammates.
• Technology Stack: NodeJS, React, MongoDB, My-SQL, GCP
Requirements
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in a SaaS/production environment.
• Proven ability to deliver production-grade features independently end-to-end (from concept to release), including quality, monitoring, and follow-ups.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB and/or MySQL, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
•
• Experience with infrastructure or automation tooling such as Terraform (or equivalent IaC/automation tools).
• Ability to own features through the full lifecycle: requirements clarification → HLD → design review → implementation → rollout, including:
• Writing/maintaining technical designs and communicating trade-offs
• Breaking down work into milestones
• Providing reliable time estimates and proactively surfacing risks/dependencies
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery, quality, and outcomes—not just implementation.
• Product-aware and customer-focused; capable of making sound technical trade-offs to maximize value and reduce risk.
• Assertive, critical thinker: challenges assumptions respectfully, asks the right questions, and pushes for clarity, correctness, and better solutions.
• Clear communicator who collaborates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in environments with ambiguity, evolving requirements, and high expectations.
• Team-oriented engineer who contributes to shared ownership and collective success
