Utron, a global public company specializing in the design, development, and implementation of automated logistics systems and robotic parking solutions, is seeking an Electrical Design Team Leader to lead the Electrical & Control Systems Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Electrical Engineers, providing technical guidance, professional development, and day-to-day support.

• Design electrical and control systems for automated material handling equipment, robotic parking systems, and automated logistics centers.

• Review and approve electrical designs, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support contractors during installation and commissioning, both in Israel and abroad.

• Provide technical support during project execution and system commissioning.

Requirements

• Practical Engineering diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Strong technical orientation and the ability to quickly learn new systems – mandatory.

• Experience working with computerized systems – mandatory.

• Experience in technical support, software support, monitoring, or control room operations – advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and customer service orientation.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
