• Develop core services powering decentralized prediction markets
• Build integrations with blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications
• Integrate with blockchain networks, external services, and real-time market data feeds
• Implement reliable workflow orchestration using Temporal
• Design scalable event-driven microservices using NATS
• Build resilient services for blockchain transaction processing, market connectivity, and backend infrastructure
• Design and optimize distributed systems for scalability, reliability, and low latency
• Write automated tests, observability, monitoring, and operational tooling
• Collaborate with the CTO on architecture, technical decisions, and platform evolution
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of professional Go (Golang) development
• 3+ years of blockchain/Web3 development
• Strong experience designing and building distributed backend systems and blockchain applications on EVM-compatible networks, including smart contract integration and production-grade transaction processing
• Deep understanding of blockchain architecture and transaction lifecycles, including transaction signing, gas optimization, nonce management, confirmations, and chain reorganizations
• Comfortable using modern AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as part of the daily software development workflow
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with Temporal (or similar workflow orchestration platforms)
• Experience with NATS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging technologies
• Experience with Kubernetes and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production support skills
Advantages
• Experience with prediction markets
• Experience with Central Limit Order Books (CLOB)
• Experience with Conditional Token Frameworks (CTF)
• Experience with wallet infrastructure or MPC wallets
• Familiarity with Terraform and cloud infrastructure
Working at DPM
At DPM, you'll join a small, experienced engineering team where you'll have significant ownership over architecture, technology choices, and the evolution of a next-generation decentralized prediction market platform. You'll work closely with the CTO to build highly scalable distributed systems that power secure, reliable, and high-performance blockchain applications.
