Summary of Key Responsibilitie
sTrack & Monitor: Partner with project managers to track project lifespans, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, milestones, and budget constraints
.Risk Management: Proactively identify project bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement mitigation strategies
.Resource Allocation: Support the optimization of resource allocation across multiple parallel projects
.Dashboards & Insights: Design, maintain, and distribute regular high-impact reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders, highlighting KPIs and delivery metrics
.Financial Ownership: Own the end-to-end processes for project financial forecasting and month-end closing, ensuring absolute accuracy and timely delivery of financial reports
.Continuous Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and implement PMO best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and methodologies
