About the Role
The role includes defining, developing and implementing advanced production methods and technologies, designing tools and facilities, and supporting production processes from the development stage to serial production.
Responsibilities
• Development and implementation of manufacturing processes for aerospace products
• Design and development of tools, facilities and production aids
• NPI (Support for transfer processes from development to production)
• Working with multiple interfaces: engineering, quality, production, purchasing and suppliers
• Compliance with regulatory requirements and aviation standards
• Identifying problems in the process and providing creative engineering solutions
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or aeronautical engineering
• Required - Industry experience
• Advantage - Experience in the field of aviation and / or working with composite materials
Required Skills
• Experience in leading projects
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and reading engineering drawings
• Experience working according to standards and regulatory requirements
