Datos Health is a leading AI-powered remote patient monitoring and care automation platform transforming healthcare delivery globally. Our Open Care platform enables healthcare providers and organizations worldwide to design, deploy, and scale personalized hybrid and remote care models that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. With clients across North America, Europe, Australia, and beyond, we are revolutionizing how clinicians deliver care to patients with chronic conditions, complex diseases, and those requiring post-operative support.

About the Role

We are seeking a driven Junior Account Executive with a proven SDR/BDR track record who is ready to take the next step and own deals end-to-end. This is an exceptional opportunity to accelerate your career in B2B healthcare technology sales within a fast-growing, VC-backed healthtech company.

You will own the full sales cycle for your pipeline, from outbound prospecting and qualification through discovery, product demos, and closing, while partnering with senior sales leadership on larger enterprise opportunities. This is a hybrid hunter/closer role: you'll continue to generate your own pipeline while developing the closing skills to grow into a full AE position.

This role operates on a 24/5 global schedule to ensure seamless coverage for our international client base across multiple time zones.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage the full sales cycle for SMB and mid-market opportunities: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demo, proposal, and close

• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn, and sales engagement tools)

• Run discovery and product demo calls with healthcare stakeholders, clearly articulating Datos Health's value proposition

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into active opportunities

• Partner with senior Account Executives and sales leadership on enterprise deals — supporting and learning complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes

• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and activity records in the CRM

• Work toward and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline and revenue targets

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of B2B sales experience as an SDR/BDR (or similar) with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and quota targets. This is a mandatory requirement

• Proven success in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline building in a B2B technology, SaaS, or healthcare technology environment

• Experience running (or actively participating in) discovery and demo calls; hunger to own deals and close

• FLUENT ENGLISH (native or near-native proficiency required)- exceptional written and verbal communication skills. This is a mandatory requirement

• Strong work ethic, determination, and a closer's mentality in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment

• Comfort with rejection and the ability to maintain persistence and positivity when facing objections

• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities across different sales stages simultaneously

• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar); disciplined pipeline management and accurate record-keeping

• Ability to work flexible hours across multiple global time zones; willingness to adapt schedule to support customers and team members in different regions

• High emotional intelligence, curiosity about healthcare challenges, and a genuine interest in understanding customer pain points

Bonus Points

• Prior experience closing deals or carrying a revenue quota (even partial ownership of the sales cycle)

• Experience in healthcare technology, medical device, or healthcare services sales

• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, digital health, remote patient monitoring, or value-based care models

• Familiarity with healthcare decision-making structures, hospital IT procurement, and healthcare stakeholder landscapes

• Experience with sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.)

• Multilingual capabilities (Hebrew a plus, but not required)

• Previous startup or venture-backed company experience
