Shipping Coordinator

Position Details:

·        Type: Full-time, on-site position.

·        Location: Ramat Ha'Chayal, Tel Aviv.

·        Working hours: Monday-Thursday from 9:00-18:00, plus Fridays from 8:00-16:00.

Qualifications

·        Proven experience in international shipping (strong advantage).

·        Experience managing shipments from China to global destinations (strong advantage).

·        Experience working with major global retailers (e.g., Walmart, Target, Costco) and their routing guides and compliance requirements (strong advantage).

·        Strong multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

·        Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected logistics challenges.

·        Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

·        Highly organized, responsible, and committed to meeting deadlines.

·        Self-motivated, proactive, and hungry-for-success.

Job Description:

·        Manage end-to-end international shipping, with a focus on complex shipments from China to global destinations.

·        Coordinate daily with global customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and factories in China.

·        Ensure on-time, accurate shipments in compliance with trade regulations, customer routing guides, retailer requirements, and company policies.

·        Prepare shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

·        Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, Incoterms, and documentation requirements.

·        Track shipments, resolve delays, and proactively address logistics issues.

·        Maintain shipping schedules and Gantt charts to meet delivery deadlines.

·        Coordinate shipments for major global retailers, including Walmart, Target, Five Below, Costco, Lidl, and others.

·        Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve logistics processes.

·        Follow up on outstanding customer payments and support timely collections.

·        Serve as the primary liaison between customers, logistics partners, and internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and Finance.
