המחקר במעבדה עוסק בקשר שבין מיקרוביום, תזונה ומחלות מערכת העיכול. אנו מעבדה המשלבת מחקר קליני, תרביות תאים ומודלים של אורגנואידים, תוך שימוש בכלים מתקדמים הכוללים ריצוף גנטי וביואינפורמטיקה.
