Position Overview:

As a Forwarding Expert, you will be a key member of the Supply Chain team, responsible for managing and optimizing international deliveries end-to-end.

Reporting to the Global Shipping Manager, you will take full ownership of all site shipments, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness across inbound and outbound logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end execution of international shipments, coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders

Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, incoterms, and dangerous goods requirements

Analyze large volumes of shipping data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities

Drive cost optimization initiatives through data insights, negotiation support, and process improvements

Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Marketing, IT, Labs, Training, HQ, Purchasing, and external vendors

3PL Management - Act as the primary point of contact for Third-Party Logistics providers, monitoring their performance and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.

Requirements:

3–4+ years of experience in freight forwarding and international shipping

Bachelor’s degree and relevant Supply Chain certifications

Strong knowledge of shipping carriers, incoterms, and dangerous goods handling

Proven experience managing high shipment volumes in global environment and Tech Companies

High analytical capabilities – ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive decisions

Experience with AI tools and data-driven approaches to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Advanced analytical skills, ability to translate data into actionable insights and business impact

Experience with ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce – an advantage)

Team-oriented, collaborative, and people-focused approach

Ability to thrive and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
