We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator The role includes: • Manage and coordinate ongoing administrative processes within the HR department, including task follow up, data updates and work in accordance with organizational procedures • Collect, consolidate, and monitor information from multiple internal systems in order to maintain organization and provide an up to date operational overview • Work regularly with internal information systems, including data entry, ongoing updates and information extraction as needed • Produce operational and tracking reports to support internal control and decision making processes • Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the team and managers, including coordination, follow up and assistance with changing tasks

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Economics- an advantage • Previous experience in an administrative role- required • Ability to work with internal systems and strong technological orientation • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team KPMG is an equal opportunity employer.
