Role Description The Financial Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Modiin-Maccabim-Reut. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accurate accounting records, and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. The role includes leading financial reporting activities, coordinating audits, monitoring compliance with accounting standards and company policies, and supporting budgeting and forecasting. The Financial Controller will analyze financial data to provide insights on performance, cost structures, and profitability, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. The position also involves improving internal controls, streamlining financial processes, and providing guidance to finance and accounting team members.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to manage core financial operations and apply relevant standards and regulations.

• Experience preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for management, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

• Excellent Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.

• Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage.

• Demonstrated experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance role, preferably in manufacturing, packaging, or industrial sectors.

• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with business intelligence tools is beneficial.

• Strong attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

• High level of integrity, professional judgment, and ownership of financial processes and outcomes.
