Job Description
Business Support & Governance Specialist
Role Purpose
The Business Excellence & Governance Lead supports business performance, operational coordination, and governance processes across DPS Israel. The role combines local business execution support with ownership and coordination of key governance, compliance, information management, and operational control processes required in a standalone organization.
Key Responsibilities
Business Execution Support
• Support the management team in pricing processes, commercial terms follow-up, and related business monitoring activities
• Coordinate and support end-to-end execution of bids and tenders, ensuring timely cross functional analysis, alignment, compliance and successful submission
• Track and monitor execution of key business initiatives and cross-functional processes, including contracts and accruals, service agreements
• Support management visibility on operational performance, risks, governance topics, and execution status
Governance, Compliance & Information Management
• Support process consistency, documentation, governance compliance, and operational readiness in a standalone environment
• Assist in identifying operational gaps and follow-up on corrective actions with relevant stakeholders
• Responsible for procurement, governance processes and supplier agreements, including audit and training coordination
• Coordinate local information security and cybersecurity-related activities
• Support ISO compliance activities and responsible for audit readiness processes
• Coordinate implementation of regional and global initiatives at local market level
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, RA, QA, and regional stakeholders to support alignment, execution, and governance requirements
• Responsible for Records & Information Management (RIM) and document management processes
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and governance requirements
Education
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field
• MBA – advantage
Experience
• 4–6+ years of experience in business operations, commercial support, governance, compliance, or related roles
• Experience in matrix/global organizations – advantage
• Healthcare / MedTech experience – advantage

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities
