• אחריות מלאה על הובלת הפרויקט מקצה לקצה – תכנון, ניהול, ביצוע, תיאום בין ממשקים, עמידה ביעדים, עמידה בלו״ז ובתקציב
• הובלת צוותי עבודה וספקים, מעקב אחר התקדמות הפרויקט ודיווח שוטף
• זיהוי וניתוח סיכונים ומתן פתרונות בזמן אמת
• אחריות על ניהול קשר שוטף עם הלקוח
• הבנת צרכי הלקוח ותרגומם לתכנית עבודה
• הבטחת שביעות רצון גבוהה לאורך כל חיי הפרויקט מה אנחנו מחפשים
• תואר בהנדסת אלקטרוניקה או הנדסת מערכות – חובה
• ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים טכנולוגיים או לחלופין ניסיון בתפקיד פיקודי בכיר מקביל בצה"ל או בגופי ביטחון – חובה
• ניסיון בניהול מערכות מכ"ם – יתרון
• ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות צבאיות – יתרון
• שליטה טובה בשפה האנגלית (דיבור, קריאה וכתיבה) – חובה
