במסגרת התפקיד
ניהול מחלקת ייצור אלקטרוני מתקדם
אחריות כוללת על מנהלי הגופים השונים במחלקה
גיבוש תוכנית ייצור ואספקה בהתאם לצרכי הארגון
עבודה מול מחלקות תפעול, לוגיסטיקה, רכש והנדסה לצורך שיתופי פעולה ומתן שירותים הדדיים
ניהול, בקרה ומדידה של יעילות הייצור, לרבות התראה מוקדמת על חריגות ובעיות מתפתחות
עבודה עם ספקים, קבלני משנה ונותני שירותים
יזום ומימוש תהליכי שיפור ייצור להגדלת תפוקה ורווחיות
דרישות
תואר מהנדס.ת או הנדסאי.ת תעשייה וניהול או אלקטרוניקה
ניסיון של 7 שנים לפחות בניהול ריצפת ייצור אלקטרוני
ניסיון בניהול גופי ייצור אלקטרוני של 50עובדים.ות לפחות
ניסיון של 3 שנים לפחות בניהול גוף תפ"י
ניסיון מעשי והיכרות עם תהליכים ומערכות מידע לניהול ריצפת ייצור
היכרות עם תהליכי ייצור למיקרו-אלקטרוניקה - יתרון
שליטה טובה בשפה האנגלית
נכונות לנסיעות לחו"ל ולעבודה בשעות נוספות
