• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Own problems end to end, from discovery and scoping through implementation and rollout
• Help shape our product and engineering practices as we grow
What we’re looking for
• Fluent or native Hebrew
• AI-native: you use modern AI tools naturally and understand their strengths and limitations
• Strong communicator who is comfortable working directly with customers
• Pragmatic engineer who ships, learns quickly, and exercises good judgment
• Excited to work on meaningful healthcare AI problems

Take-home assignment
Build a voice assistant that helps someone learn a language.
Pick one language and one learner—for example, an English speaker at A2 Spanish who wants to handle a restaurant. Build specifically for that person. In the README, explain what would change for a different learner.
Use Claude Code or whatever tools you would actually use. Every design and engineering decision is yours; explain the decisions that mattered in the README.
Deliverables
• A GitHub repository
• A README
• A 90-second video showing you using the product
Timebox: 4 hours. We grade scoping, so tell us what you cut. Push-to-talk is fine; don’t build streaming unless you want to. You may use any STT/TTS provider.
