The Role
We are building an autonomous decision platform that turns data and business intent into measurable, explainable actions.
As a Product Manager, you'll own key parts of the platform's decision lifecycle, translating business strategy into scalable decision capabilities. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and AI teams to define, build, measure, and continuously improve autonomous decision making.
Responsibilities
• Define objectives, constraints, decision logic, and business tradeoffs with Product and R&D.
• Translate business strategy into clear product requirements for autonomous decisioning.
• Partner with Engineering and Data teams to leverage AI and LLMs for orchestration and explainability.
• Define experimentation, measurement, governance, and guardrails to ensure reliable outcomes.
• Drive execution across Product, Engineering, Data, and Analytics teams.
Requirements
• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience with data-intensive or technically complex backend systems.
• Strong understanding of optimization, experimentation, and multi-objective tradeoffs.
• Familiarity with AI, GenAI, and LLM-based product development.
• Comfortable understanding APIs, system architecture, data flows, and technical designs.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, structure complex problems, and own product outcomes.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have
• Experience with decision engines, personalization, pricing, or recommendation systems.
• Familiarity with experimentation platforms, causal inference, or distributed systems.
