Department Description:
The Digital Product Team is responsible for managing the organization's digital assets, including mobile apps, online platforms, and additional digital services. The team owns the full product lifecycle- from strategy and roadmap planning to development, launch, and performance measurement—while working closely with technology teams and a wide range of stakeholders across the organization.
Role Description:
Digital Product Manager responsible for managing consumer-facing digital products used by over one million customers who manage their daily healthcare activities across multiple content domains.
The role includes:
• End-to-end responsibility for product success and continuous improvement
• Partnership in defining product strategy alongside stakeholders and planning the product roadmap
• Writing business requirements and defining user experience
• Managing and supporting the full product lifecycle – requirements, specification, development, user testing, releases – using Agile methodology, while working closely with system analysts, developers, designers, and UX professionals
• Planning and prioritizing development tasks in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Monitoring product performance using analytics and observability tools, identifying issues and optimization opportunities
• Analyzing user data and translating insights into product requirements and deliverables
• Ongoing work with technology teams throughout all project stages, guiding and supporting development teams
• Conducting business-level user testing of finished products and deliverables
• Improving existing processes and building new ones in coordination with different business units
• Leading cross-functional collaboration and driving stakeholders toward shared goals, building strong trust relationships
• Translating real-world needs into digital and process-driven solutions
• Driving product adoption among users – customers, branches, service centers, and management
Requirements:
• Academic degree
• 4+ years of experience in B2C digital product management
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
• Strong technological orientation
• Experience in UX/UI and user experience definition
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Experience integrating AI tools into different stages of work
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces in a high-pressure environment, with creativity in problem-solving
• Strong stakeholder management, business understanding, and big-picture thinking
• High level of independence, initiative, and ability to learn quickly
• Strong analytical skills and ability to dive deep into details and derive insights
• Responsible, independent, proactive, and able to make decisions
