We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend & AI Engineer to join a highly impactful, mission-critical project, building advanced backend systems powered by cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.

• Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities using Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks.

• Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Optimize system performance, reliability, and maintainability.

• Research and implement emerging AI technologies to solve complex technical challenges.

• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code while following engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend software development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with Python.

• Proven experience designing and building distributed systems and microservices.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, or RAG architectures.

• Experience with REST APIs, databases, and cloud-native applications.

• Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
