What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Corporate Finance team, you'll play a key role in advising leading companies, investors, and executives on strategic transactions across multiple industries, including technology, real estate, infrastructure, financial services, and industrial sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting end-to-end M&A transactions, from strategic analysis and valuation through execution.
• Building advanced financial models to support investment decisions and transaction structuring.
• Preparing valuation analyses and financial opinions for boards of directors and senior management.
• Advising on equity and debt capital raising processes.
• Developing executive-level presentations and investment materials for clients and investors.
• Working closely with senior professionals, gaining meaningful exposure to high-profile transactions and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Valuation, Deal Advisory, or Financial Consulting.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with exceptional proficiency in Excel.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance analysis and productivity.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
