About Turing

Turing is one of the world's fastest-growing AI companies accelerating the advancement and deployment of powerful AI systems. Turing helps customers in two ways: working with the world's leading AI labs to advance frontier model capabilities in thinking, reasoning, coding, agentic behavior, multimodality, multilinguality, STEM and frontier knowledge; and leveraging that work to build real-world AI systems that solve mission-critical priorities for companies.

Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Russian Voice Actor to bring characters and stories to life across various domains, using their voice to capture the right emotion, personality, and tone.

What Does Day-to-day Look Like

• Record voice-overs from a professional home studio or in-studio sessions

• Perform lines with clarity, emotion, and appropriate pacing

• Interpret scripts and take creative direction

• Revise performances based on feedback

• Deliver high-quality audio files on time and in the correct format

Requirements

• Previous voice acting experience

• Strong vocal control and versatility

• Clear speech and emotional range

• Native or fluent proficiency in Russian

• Access to high-quality recording equipment (for remote roles)

• Ability to follow direction and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dubbing, ADR, or localization

• Demo reel showcasing a variety of voice styles

• Background in acting or performing arts

• Familiarity with audio editing tools

Compensation

• The rate posted is per audio hour. This rate is per hour of audio you record and deliver, not per hour worked, so you do not need to complete a fixed number of hours.

• Additionally, a one-time onboarding and training payment is paid after you complete your first 20 minutes of recorded audio.

• All recordings are quality-reviewed, and only audio that meets the quality bar is eligible for payment.

Perks Of Freelancing With Turing

• Work in a fully remote environment.

• Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects with leading LLM companies.

• Potential for contract extension based on performance and project needs.

Offer Details

This is a flexible agreement, not a full-time or part-time employment position. Hours are not guaranteed and work is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Evaluation Process

• After you apply, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your interest in the role.

• Once confirmed, you will complete a short onboarding and training task (approximately 30 to 60 minutes).

• Shortlisted candidates then undergo a delivery review, after which they are ready to start.
