Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Staffin Israel, you will manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes for internal needs and for our diverse local and global clients. You will work in a dynamic environment, supporting recruitment processes across multiple industries and levels, including corporate, administrative, technical, and operational positions.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes from sourcing to placement and onboarding.
• Support recruitment processes for a wide range of positions, including Administration, Finance, HR, Operations, corporate roles, technical positions, and blue-collar roles.
• Perform proactive sourcing through LinkedIn, social media platforms, and various talent acquisition channels.
• Review CVs, conduct phone screenings and professional interviews (in-person and digital), and prepare candidate evaluations.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, including coordination of interviews, salary discussions, and contract signing.
• Work closely with hiring managers and clients in Israel and abroad.
• Maintain a high level of service and provide tailored talent acquisition solutions according to client needs.
• Support recruitment operations and maintain accurate candidate data and process tracking.
Requirements
• 2–3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition / recruitment – mandatory.
• Previous experience in recruitment agencies / manpower companies – a significant advantage.
• Proven experience recruiting a variety of roles (corporate, administrative, technical, and operational positions) – mandatory.
• High level of English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet recruitment goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of service orientation.
• High motivation, professionalism, and a proactive approach.
