In this role, you’ll handle a wide range of IT-related issues and support users in their daily work in a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day technical support to end users across the firm
• Support operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, antivirus software, hardware, and endpoint devices
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripherals
• Set up and maintain workstations and support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Manage basic user access and permissions (e.g., Active Directory)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues, providing both remote and on-site support as required
Requirements:
• 1+ years of proven working experience in help desk and IT supporting 200+ users – mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – mandatory
• Experience working with Windows-based environments
• Familiarity with Active Directory user and access management – advantage
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and endpoint devices – advantage
• Relevant IT or computer-related course or certification – advantage
