In this role, you'll lead analytical initiatives that support customer journey optimization, marketing performance, and strategic business decision-making. You'll work with large-scale data, advanced BI tools, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver meaningful business insights.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead analytical activities across customer journeys, written communications, and marketing initiatives.
• Analyze Marketing Automation and Omnichannel performance while driving process optimization.
• Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple enterprise systems, including CRM, ERP, AS400, and Power BI.
• Work with large datasets and integrate information from multiple data sources.
• Generate business insights and actionable recommendations to improve performance and customer experience.
• Define, monitor, and analyze business KPIs.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data analysis.
