We are looking for a hands-on, versatile Controller to own our financial operations end-to-end. This is a key role in a small team, reporting directly to the CFO. You will be deeply involved in day-to-day accounting, oversee AP/AR, help drive pricing and cost analysis, and ensure our financial processes scale with the company. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup environment, brings strong technical accounting skills, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.
What You Will Be Doing:
• Financial Reporting- Own the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Israeli / US GAAP.
• Month-End Close & Budget Control – Own the end-to-end monthly close process, including reconciliations, allocations, budget monitoring, and variance analysis.
• Partner with the CFO on financial strategy, planning, and long-term financial modelling.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Prepare tax filings and handle Israeli and international tax matters, in collaboration with tax advisors and professional stakeholders.
• Cash Flow Management – Monitor cash flow, manage forecasts, and provide regular liquidity and cash position updates to management.
• Billing, Clearing & Financial Operations – Oversee billing and clearing reconciliations, fund allocation controls, and financial data accuracy in collaboration with product and development teams.
• Payroll & Vendor Oversight – Review payroll accuracy and compliance, manage vendor invoice controls, contract compliance, and payment approvals.
• Manage the current bookkeeping team and play a key role in establishing and expanding the finance department to support future growth.
• Work closely with international teams and handle financial operations within a global, multi-currency environment.
• Handle various ad-hoc tasks, financial evaluations, and operational assignments based on evolving business needs.

Requirements:
• CPA license required; bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
· At least 2 years of experience post-internship in a high-tech company, preferably in startups and SaaS companies.
· High proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
· Ability to integrate AI capabilities to improve and make workflows and analytics more efficient.
· Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
· High level of English (spoken and written).
· Team player, strong communication skills, and ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
