We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on RMA Planner to join our Global Appliances Operations team.

This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical, and creative professional who thrives in a dynamic supply chain environment, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and is not afraid to “get their hands dirty” when needed.

As part of the role, you will take ownership of end-to-end inventory management, process optimization initiatives, and cross-functional projects, while working closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end inventory management across global RMA hubs, including monitoring stock levels and ensuring accuracy.

• Daily tracking of inbound and outbound flows and identifying gaps or risks proactively.

• Leading cross-functional projects focused on process improvements, automation, and data accuracy.

• Driving process optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

• Conducting hands-on work, including data analysis, system updates, and operational troubleshooting.

• Managing ERP systems (SAP) updates and ensuring data integrity.

• Handling logistics-related procurement tasks (purchase requests, vendor invoices, etc.).

• Collaborating with multiple teams (Operations, Finance, Logistics, Customer Service) to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain / Planning / RMA / Project Management roles.

• BA/BSc in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong experience in inventory management and operational processes.

• Proven ability to lead projects and drive process improvements and optimization initiatives.

• High level of analytical skills – ability to work with large datasets and derive insights.

• Creative thinker with the ability to challenge existing processes and drive innovative solutions.

• Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Hands-on mindset – willing to perform operational and technical tasks when needed.

• Experience working with multiple interfaces and stakeholders across the organization.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Office tools.

• Experience with SAP and Salesforce – advantage.

• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Team player with strong communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of ownership.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a high-tech company.
