Original listing · kept for referenceA well‑established, stable and fast‑growing technology company in the North is looking for an experienced Hardware Engineer to join its multidisciplinary R&D team, developing advanced products for customers in Israel and worldwide.
In this role you will own end‑to‑end hardware development of electronic boards and electrical circuits – from concept, architecture, simulation and schematic design, through PCB layout support and BOM definition, all the way to manufacturing, testing, integration and release to production.
What you’ll do
🔸Design electronic boards and digital circuits
🔸Support PCB layout and board manufacturing
🔸Define and run tests, support validation and system integration
🔸Work closely with mechanics, embedded, production, purchasing and suppliers
🔸Support existing products, handle upgrades and solve HW issues
Qualifications
🔸B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
🔸5–10 years of hands‑on hardware and board design experience
🔸Strong experience in digital circuit design and PCB processes
🔸Familiarity with BOM, components and NPI / transfer to production
🔸Proven ability to work independently, with a system‑level view
🔸Project management experience – a strong advantage
🔸Experience with analog design and OrCAD – an advantage
Full‑time, on‑site role in the North, within a small, professional and well‑organized R&D team, with real potential to grow into Hardware Team Lead.
