Position Overview-
• Backend Development Team Leader balancing engineering management with core technical architecture (50% hands-on), reporting directly to the VP of R&D.
• Leading and mentoring an intimate squad of backend engineers while driving the technical roadmap for the company's core processing engines.
• Engineering low-latency, production-grade backend systems and scalable data pipelines in Python optimized for intensive deep learning workloads.
• Architecting hybrid deployment topologies seamlessly bridging public cloud frameworks (AWS) with high-performance physical environments (On-Premises).
• Coordinating infrastructure, orchestration layers, and hardware acceleration utilities to support complex graphics-compute (GPU/CUDA) pipelines.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Computer Vision Software Engineering, Industrial Image Analysis, Python Backend Architecture, Hybrid Cloud & On-Premises Systems (AWS), Containerization (Kubernetes), CI/CD Automation, GPU Acceleration (CUDA), NoSQL & Relational Databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Requirements-
