We're looking for a Compensation & Benefits and People Analytics Specialist to support data-driven workforce decisions by managing compensation programs, global payroll oversight, and HR analytics, including salary controls, headcount and labor cost planning support, workforce budget monitoring, and HR KPI tracking and reporting.
Main Tasks:
C&B, Payroll & Workforce control:
Global Payroll Control: Coordinate and monitor monthly global payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies.
Budget Management & Control: Review, monitor, and control workforce-related budgets, including headcount and Labor costs, identifying variances and explaining deviations against plan, forecasts, and prior periods
Compensation & Benefits: Perform ongoing compensation and benefits analyses, salary benchmarking, compensation review support, and reporting to ensure competitive and equitable reward practices.
HR HC & LC Budget planning:
Workforce Planning & Budgeting: Support annual and ongoing headcount and labor cost planning, forecasting, and budget preparation.
People Analytics:
People Analytics & Reporting: Analyze workforce data and HR metrics, develop new KPI’s and reports, and provide insights on key indicators such as headcount, turnover, hiring, retention, and Labor costs.
Job Requirements -
· Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
· ~ 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, People Analytics, HR Operations, Finance, or a similar analytical role.
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
· Experience with C&B /budget planning / People analytics – an advantage
· Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point; experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and reporting/BI tools is an advantage.
· Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Fluent English (written and verbal).
