About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will combine financial analysis, technical assessment, and customer data analysis to evaluate project feasibility and support business decision-making. You will work closely with the Sales, Engineering, and Management teams to develop customer proposals and business cases.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze customer data and evaluate project feasibility.
• Build, maintain, and improve financial models.
• Perform techno-economic analyses for thermal energy storage projects.
• Prepare business cases, financial analyses, and customer presentations.
• Support business development and sales activities by providing analytical insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or early-career professional (no prior experience required).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work full-time according to Israel business hours, with flexibility to attend meetings during U.S. Pacific Time when required.
Nice to Have
• Knowledge of Python.
• Basic understanding of financial modeling.
• Experience with data analysis, including academic projects.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization tools (advantage).

• Hybrid work model.
• Current office location: Aseret.
