Original listing · kept for referenceWe are looking for a Senior Hardware Development Engineer to join a multidisciplinary hardware team developing advanced systems for the detection and tracking of low-altitude platforms, including drones.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development of complex digital hardware, from system architecture and component selection through schematic design, layout support, bring-up, validation, and transition to mass production.
The position involves designing high-speed digital boards and power supply systems operating in challenging environments with strict EMC requirements, while working closely with RF, software, algorithms, and system engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end digital board design, from architecture definition to production
• Design complex high-speed digital circuits and interfaces
• Develop power supply solutions, including AC-DC and DC-DC converters
• Support board bring-up, debugging, validation, and system integration
Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or an equivalent field
• At least 12 years of experience in digital hardware development
• Extensive experience in end-to-end board design and hardware architecture
• Strong experience with high-speed digital design, FPGA-based systems, MCUs, and high-speed interfaces
