על התפקיד
אחריות על ביצוע בקרות איכות מוצר בהתאם לדרישות, בכל שלבי הייצור – מקבלת חלקים, דרך בקרות בתהליך ועד לבקרה סופית לאחר הרכבה.
התפקיד כולל עבודה מול ספקים, קווי ייצור ולקוחות, בסביבה ביטחונית עם סטנדרטים גבוהים.
תחומי אחריות
• ביצוע בקרות קבלה, בקרות בתהליך ובקרות סופיות
• ביצוע מדידות, בדיקות פונקציונליות ובדיקות ויזואליות
• ביצוע ATR (Acceptance Test Report)
• ביצוע Source Inspection אצל ספקים
• הכנת תיקי איכות, דוחות וליווי ביקורות לקוח
• מילוי דוחות איכות, COT ותיעוד תוצאות במערכת ERP
• זיהוי חריגות, פתיחת NCR ומעקב טיפול
• אחריות על כלי מדידה, תחזוקה והבטחת זמינות לשימוש
• עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקי ייצור, הנדסה, רכש ואיכות
דרישות התפקיד
• השכלה: הנדסאי/ת / טכנאי/ת / חוב/ת איכות / קורס CQI – יתרון
• ניסיון בבקרת איכות בתעשייה – חובה
• ניסיון בבקרות קבלה, בתהליך ובסופיות – חובה
• ניסיון בעבודה בחברה מוסמכת AS9100 – יתרון
• היכרות עם תקן AS9100 ודרישות לקוחות ביטחוניים – יתרון
• ניסיון בקריאת שרטוטים ובהבנת דרישות הנדסיות – חובה
• ידע בעבודה עם כלי מדידה (קליבר, מדידים וכו’) – חובה
• שליטה באנגלית טכנית, Office ו-ERP – יתרון
