Papaya Global is a rapidly growing, award-winning B2B tech unicorn with an ambitious mission to revolutionize the payroll & payments industry. With over $400M raised from multiple tier-one investors, our innovative technology provides a comprehensive solution for managing global workforces, encompassing everything from hiring and onboarding to managing and paying employees in over 160 countries.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Team Leader to join our Marketing team in Israel. In this role, you will lead two functions: Marketing Operations and AI GTM Engineering — owning the full operational and AI infrastructure that powers Papaya’s inbound, Growth, and SDR motions. You will manage and develop two direct reports, set the operational standards for the team, and ensure the systems, data, and AI agents the marketing org depends on are always running at their best.

    You Will

Lead and develop two direct reports — the Marketing Operations Manager and the AI GTM Engineer — providing direction, prioritisation, and ongoing performance feedback

Own the marketing and SDR tech stack end-to-end — HubSpot, Salesforce, and all connected tools — ensuring systems are correctly configured, integrated, and performing reliably

Set and govern data quality standards across HubSpot and Salesforce — deduplication, field standardisation, enrichment, lead routing, and lifecycle accuracy

Own the inbound automation architecture — lead scoring, nurture workflows, lifecycle stage management, and the lead-to-meeting handoff process

Oversee AI GTM infrastructure — governing the build, quality, reliability, and performance of AI agents across the marketing organization, ensuring they operate effectively and deliver measurable business outcomes

Design, implement, and scale AI-powered workflows across inbound, Growth, and SDR operations, ensuring AI is embedded into core GTM execution rather than used as an experimental layer

Drive adoption of AI systems and automation frameworks within HubSpot and the broader GTM stack, improving efficiency, lead quality, and conversion performance

Partner with Growth, Demand Gen, and SDR teams on funnel analysis, ABX operations, and campaign execution — translating business needs into scalable operational solutions

Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reporting systems — including inbound funnel metrics, MQL-to-SQL-to-Close conversion, attribution, channel performance, and AI-driven workflow impact

Evaluate, onboard, and integrate new GTM technologies — ensuring scalability, system integrity, and alignment with business objectives

Establish and continuously optimize KPIs and operational benchmarks for marketing operations to drive pipeline and revenue performance

    Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations in a B2B SaaS environment

2+ years in a leadership or management role — proven ability to develop and manage direct reports

Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise — complex workflows, lead scoring models, cross-object data management, lifecycle stages, and automation

Solid Salesforce experience — flows, formulas, custom views, reports, dashboards, and marketing-relevant CRM operations

Strong understanding of inbound, ABX, and outbound marketing processes — funnel management, lead lifecycle, and attribution

Experience building and operating AI-powered marketing systems or GTM automation frameworks in a production environment (not experimental use)

Demonstrated ability to design and manage AI-driven workflows that directly impact pipeline generation, lead quality, and conversion efficiency

Data-driven mindset — ability to build dashboards, define benchmarks, and make decisions based on quantitative insights

Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Clay, or similar GTM engine platforms

    Advanced Excel skills

Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator — comfortable working with Marketing, Sales, SDR, and RevOps teams
