We are looking for a sharp, analytical Junior PPC Campaign Manager to join our marketing team and support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced performance marketing environment.

**Responsibilities**

• Build, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media channels

• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bids, audiences, keywords, creatives, and conversion data

• Analyze results and identify opportunities to improve performance, reduce CPA, and increase ROI

• Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and ad copy testing

• Prepare performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations

• Work closely with creative, content, sales, and data teams to improve campaign outcomes

• Use AI tools to improve workflows, research, reporting, ad copy testing, and campaign analysis

• Stay updated on PPC best practices, platform changes, tracking, automation, and performance trends

**Requirements**
